All those customers who purchase software provided by Softline can have access to a basic technical support. It includes professional advice with regard to functionality, use of license, key issues and problems relating to software initial installation and activation.
A standard technical support includes a wide range of services: counseling regarding software installation and management, resolving technical problems with the customerâ€™s IT infrastructure model "on a virtual stand", access to updates and hot fixes and a line with the software provider that is dedicated to technical requirements.
An advanced support involves an active participation of Softlineâ€™s support center in the operation of the customerâ€™s IT infrastructure. In addition to the standard support, this includes such services as audits of IT systems and documentation, preventive monitoring of key services, recommendations for performance improvement, stability of infrastructure and security, as well as supporting and consulting visits to our customers.
